About ConsultNow

Most AI engagements end at the slide deck. The recommendations are sound, the framework is coherent, and then the work stops. The accounting system still runs the way it always has. The operations team still pulls reports by hand. Nothing gets embedded.

The work here is different. We integrate AI into the systems a company is already running on, the ERP, the order management layer, the reporting stack, and we stay until it is working in the hands of the people who need it. The founder runs each engagement directly. That is not a positioning choice; it is how we control for quality in work that depends on understanding the specifics of a business.

Integration is only half of it. When the system AI needs to live in does not exist yet, we design and build it, a customer-facing product, an internal tool, the application that finally replaces the spreadsheet, to the same standard as the software we run for ourselves. You can see those products on the work page.

The horizon for any engagement depends on its scope. Simple integrations go live faster. Building a product end to end takes longer. We say months, not years, because that is what the work has consistently taken, and because any engagement that stretches beyond that has likely grown beyond what we take on.

What we believe

AI transformation is integration, not advisory.
The opposite of advice is working software. Most of the time that means integrating AI into the systems you already run on; when the system you need doesn't exist yet, it means building it. Either way, the measure of an engagement is whether the team works differently at the end of it, not whether the analysis was correct.
The horizon is set by the scope, not the slide deck.
We do not commit to fixed timelines before understanding what we are integrating into. We do commit to telling you the honest range before the engagement begins, and to scoping work we can actually finish.
We work in your team's language, in your team's systems.
The output of an engagement is not a report your team reads once. It is something running inside the tools they already use, built in a way they can maintain and extend without us.
