1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ConsultNow ("the Service"), including this website, the AI Opportunity Score assessment, and any engagement we deliver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About ConsultNow

ConsultNow is an AI transformation studio operated by Baris Sözüdoğru. We integrate AI into the systems companies already run on and design and ship full custom applications end to end, shown in our selected work. We provide a free online assessment, the AI Opportunity Score, and paid engagements scoped individually with each client. Full operator and contact details are available on our Imprint page.

3. The AI Opportunity Score

The AI Opportunity Score is a free assessment that maps where AI can reach into your current workflows. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when completing the assessment
• Use the assessment and its results for your own evaluation purposes
• Understand that results are generated automatically and are advisory only

The assessment is provided as a starting point for a conversation. It does not create any obligation on either party to enter into a paid engagement.

4. Engagements

Paid engagements are arranged directly between you and ConsultNow. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement are agreed in writing before work begins. In the course of an engagement, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your systems and workflows
• Grant the access reasonably required to deliver the agreed scope
• Designate a point of contact for decisions and approvals
• Pay agreed fees in accordance with the terms of your engagement

Where the terms of a signed engagement agreement conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement governs for that engagement.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the Service
• Copy, scrape, or resell the Service or its content without permission
• Submit information you do not have the right to share

6. Fees and Payment

The AI Opportunity Score is free to use. Fees for any paid engagement are set out in the engagement agreement you enter into with us, including the amount, schedule, and payment method. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.

7. Confidentiality

Information you share with us in the course of an assessment or engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the Service. We do not sell your information. For details on how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy. Where an engagement involves a separate confidentiality agreement, that agreement applies to the work it covers.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including this website, the assessment, and our methods and materials, is owned by ConsultNow and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without permission. Ownership of work produced specifically for a client engagement is determined by the relevant engagement agreement. You retain ownership of the information and materials you provide to us.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The AI Opportunity Score and any automatically generated output are advisory only and do not constitute professional, legal, financial, or other regulated advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on them. Specific commitments about the outcome of an engagement, if any, are stated only in the relevant engagement agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConsultNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to ConsultNow in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConsultNow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination of access does not affect the terms of any active engagement, which is governed by its own agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
