1. Who we are

ConsultNow is an AI transformation studio operated by Baris Sözüdoğru. We integrate AI into the systems companies already run on, and we design and ship custom applications end to end. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers consultnow.io and its subpages. Our free AI Opportunity Score assessment at ai.consultnow.io is a separate application; where it collects information, the same principles in this policy apply.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. When you take the free AI Opportunity Score assessment, we collect the answers you provide and any contact details you choose to share so we can return your result.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics record limited technical information when you visit, such as your approximate region, browser type, and the pages you view. This helps us keep the site secure and understand which content is useful. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.

3. How we use your information

• Respond to your enquiries and follow up on a possible engagement
• Return the results of the AI Opportunity Score assessment
• Operate, maintain, and secure the site, including preventing spam and abuse
• Understand which pages and content are useful, in aggregate
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site usage. It is privacy-focused: it does not use cookies and does not track visitors across sites. We do not use this website for advertising cookies. Any cookies set are limited to those needed for the site and its forms to function.

5. Spam protection

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. To do this, Turnstile processes limited technical signals from your browser. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on how Cloudflare handles this data.

6. Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run the site and respond to you. They process information only on our behalf and under contract:

• Cloudflare, hosting, content delivery, web analytics, and spam protection
• Email provider, delivery and storage of messages you send us through the contact form or by email

7. How we protect your information

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and rate limiting on our forms. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep the data we hold safe and to collect no more than we need.

8. How long we keep it

We keep contact messages and assessment submissions for as long as needed to respond, to maintain a record of our correspondence, and to meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or remove its association with you.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Request that we delete your information
• Object to or restrict how we process your information
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
• Withdraw consent where our processing is based on it

10. International transfers

Our providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses, to keep it protected.
